
Exchange policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, EMAIL TRUEHEMP @HILLTOP.FIT BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.
If you purchased from www.truehemp.net and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified immediately within 1 day of you receiving your product. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 1 day from when the order was delivered.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids such as THCA affect everyone differently and personal tolerance come into play, products on Truehemp.net are always tested before being sold and would not be sold if they were not effective.
If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at truehemp@hilltop.fit
The email must contain:
- Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”
- A description of what happened
- Photo of the product in question
- Photo of the box or mailer
- Photo of the packaging slip
Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.
In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Contact us at truehemp@hilltop.fit for more questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to show proof and send back your original product.
